We will make every reasonable effort to deliver a professional and functional website; however, we do not guarantee specific business results, including increased sales, customers, or search engine rankings.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all website content, images, text, and information before the website is published. Once approved, the client accepts responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the final content.
All deposits and payments made are subject to the agreed payment terms and may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are not liable for losses, damages, or interruptions arising from third-party services such as domain providers, hosting companies, payment platforms, or external software.
By using our services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
